Apple, Cheddar and Swiss Quesadilla

Quick and easy lunch idea!


  • 2 whole wheat flour tortillas 
  • 1 North Bay Produce Apple, cored and sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 tsp oil 
  • 2 tsp caramelized onions (optional)


Step 1. 

Pour 1 tsp oil in a non-stick pan. Place one tortilla in pan and add cheeses, apples and caramelized onions (optional). Top with second tortilla and spread with 1 tsp oil.

Step 2. 

Sauté on medium high heat until cheese starts to melt and bottom tortilla becomes browned. Carefully flip to other side a sauté until tortilla is browned and cheese is completely melted.

Step 3. 

Place finished quesadilla on a cutting board and slice into wedges. Serve warm.
