Broccoli and Radicchio Salad

Broccoli and Radicchio Salad

A quick, make-ahead salad.


  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 TBLS apple cider vinegar
  • 2 TBLS honey
  • Zest of ½ orange (minced)
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 2 cups radicchio cabbage (sliced into bite sized pieces)
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets (chopped in bite sized pieces)
  • 1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup North Bay Produce Dried Cherries (or cranberries)
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled


Step 1. 

In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, orange zest, and honey until smooth.

Step 2. 

. Add remaining ingredients and toss to make sure everything is coated.

Step 3. 

Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Salt and pepper to taste.

This is a great salad to make for the holiday! Make it in the morning and toss before serving.
