No blueberries? Use fresh strawberries or raspberries instead!
In a medium saucepan, add milk, water, quinoa, maple syrup, cocoa powder and salt.
Cook quinoa, bringing up to a boil, turn down the heat and cover the pot. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla and recover. Let sit for 2-3 minutes.
Fluff with a fork to loosen quinoa and serve with fresh blueberries and almonds.
