Gourmet Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 slices sourdough bread

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 cup arugula

  • 1 cup whole milk mozzarella cheese (shredded)

  • 1/2 cup swiss cheese (shredded)

  • 2 tablespoons red pepper jelly

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1.

Heat griddle to medium-high.

Step 2.

Evenly spread 1/2 of the mayo over 2 slices of bread and place mayo side down on the griddle.

Step 3.

Split the ingredients evenly on the slices of bread.

Step 4.

Top with the remaining 2 slices of bread.

Step 5.

Spread remaining mayo and grill for about 4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.

Step 6.

Flip over and grill for another 4 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
