Overnight Oats

Make breakfast a breeze with easy overnight oats.


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats 
  • 1/2 cup milk 
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1/4 walnuts 
  • Handful of berries 
  • 1 tbs coconut flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbs chocolate chips (optional)
  • Honey drizzle 


Step 1. 

In a large mason jar with a lid, add oats, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, chia seeds and nuts. 

Step 2. 

Secure lid on jar and shake up the ingredients. Place jar in fridge overnight. 

Step 3. 

In the morning, add berries, coconut flakes, chocolate chips and honey as desired and enjoy!
