2 slices whole grain bread (toasted)

1 ripe avocado (sliced thin)

2 tsp pepitas (roasted or raw)

2 TBLS dried cranberries

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Step 1.
Add sliced avocado to toast sprinkle with pepitas and dried cranberries, salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
