Sliced avocado on toast with dried cranberries and pepitas

 

Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain bread (toasted)

  • 1 ripe avocado (sliced thin)

  • 2 tsp pepitas (roasted or raw)

  • 2 TBLS dried cranberries

  • Salt and pepper to taste
