Caramel Cream Cheese Apple Dip

A great dessert when you're craving something sweet but don't feel like baking.


  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 
  • 1 can dulce de leche 
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar 
  • 1 tsp lemon juice 
  • 2 apples 


Step 1. 

In a medium sized bowl, mix cream cheese and dulce de leche until combined and smooth. 

Step 2. 

Add vanilla, lemon juice and powdered sugar and whip until smooth. 

Step 3. 

Cut apples into slices and serve. 

Sharon's Hint

To make sure apple slices don't brown quickly, toss slices in lemon juice or 7-UP to fend off discoloring.
