Ingredients
Salad:

1 pound chopped romaine salad mix

1 cup strawberries (quartered)

¼ cup dried cherries

1 can mandarin oranges (or 1 segmented orange)

½ pound salmon (grilled) chunked into bite sized pieces

¼ cup shaved parmesan cheese
Dressing:

1/2 cup olive oil
-
1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice + zest of one orange

2 Tbs honey
-
1 tsp salt (more to taste)

1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper

½ tsp garlic powder
Directions
Step 1.
In a large bowl add chopped romaine salad mix, oranges, strawberries, dried cherries, salmon chunks and shaved parmesan.
Step 2.
Place all dressing ingredients in a Mason jar and shake vigorously. The dressing can stay at room temperature for up to one week.
Step 3.
Serve dressing on the side.
